At AM Wears & Secets, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products, but if you face any issue, please review our return and warranty guidelines below.

📦 Return & Exchange Policy.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns are only accepted in case of:
   ✅ Damaged products
   ✅ Wrong items sent
   ✅ Manufacturing defects
• Return requests must be made within 30 hours of receiving your order.
• Unboxing video is mandatory as proof to validate your return claim.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Non-Eligible Returns:

• Change of mind
• Products damaged by mishandling after delivery
• Missing unboxing video evidence
  

Refund Process:

• Refunds are processed within 7 to 21 working days after inspection.
• Refund will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method.
• Return shipping charges of Rs. 200 will be deducted from the refund.
  

Exchange Policy:

• Exchange possible if the item is available in stock.
• Buyer will pay for return shipping and any price difference.
  

⏱️ Watch Warranty Policy:

watches purchased from AM Wears & Secrets come with a machine-only warranty (movement mechanism) for a limited period and can be extended on customer`s demand.

Warranty Covers:

• Internal mechanical failure or stoppage without any external cause
  

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage due to water, moisture, impact, or misuse.
• Scratches, color fading, or strap issues.
• Battery replacement.

Note: Warranty claims will be accepted only after inspection. Physical damage or water exposure voids the warranty.
