Thank you for shopping with AM Wear. We’re committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your items will be delivered.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All cities within Pakistan.
  • International destinations (on a prepayment basis – contact us for details)

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Orders (within Pakistan):
     Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.

  • International Orders:
     Estimated delivery time is 7 to 21 working days, depending on country, customs, and courier service.


Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or political situations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Pakistan:
     Shipping is free for orders over Rs. 3,000/-.
     A standard fee of Rs. 200 to Rs. 300 may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • International Shipping:
     Charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and courier service. You’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp for confirmation before dispatch.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp with your tracking details.

5. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier partners such as:

  • Leopard Courier
  • TCS
  • Call Courier
  • Post EX
  • Blue EX
  • Aramex
  • Rider
  • DHL/FedEx (for international orders)

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only within Pakistan.
 For international orders, advance payment is required via bank transfer or payment link.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. You can track your parcel on the courier partner’s website or request updates from our support team.

8. Delays and Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses
  • Customs clearance for international shipments

If your order is delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact our support team.
